I reserve the right to deny any commission request for any reason.Payment is to be given BEFORE I begin work on the commission through PayPal ONLY.If there is a deadline, please notify me. Rush fees may apply to my discretion.
Typical completion time may vary between one week and one month.Feel free to check in with my progress, though please to not spam. I will check in with you after the sketch, line art, and color phases. Please use these times to make any changes desired. Major changes such as complete pose changes, complete re-lining of the piece, or adding major elements may be subjected to fees at my discretion.
If you are unsure about what can be changed, please ask!Both parties -the commissioner and me being commissioned- must be responsive and communicative. In the case that the client becomes unreachable (e.g. deleted social media, ghosting), I will consider the commission abandoned after 4 weeks.No refunds will be given except in the event that I deem myself unable to complete the commission. Any charge backs will result in me banning you from commissioning me again.Do not alter the work in any way without my permission. This includes using it for NFTs and feeding my work through AI. If you do this, it will result in me banning you from commissioning me again.Making money off of my work in any way is prohibited, unless discussed beforehand. After discussion any work created for the purpose of monetary gain may result in a fee at my discretion.I own the rights to post the artwork to social media and to use in my portfolio unless otherwise requested. You retain rights to your character.
You may make your own post using my art only if you visibly credit me as the artist. Failure to credit me in a visible manner may result in me banning you from commissioning me again.I will draw:
